DESA S.A. is planning a public offering

DESA S.A., the largest entity on the rapidly growing Polish art market, is considering an IPO and listing on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company will be the first representative of its sector on the Polish stock exchange. The main areas of the group’s operations are the auction house run by DESA Unicum and short- and long-term investments in works of art and collectors’ objects, mainly by Keil Art. M+G is responsible for communication activities related to the company’s IPO.
