M+G took part in the second edition of the GPW IPO Academy, a programme organised by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The initiative is dedicated to companies preparing for a stock exchange debut, including professionals responsible for finance and investor relations.
A well-prepared communication strategy and a consistent equity story play a key role in building investor interest and strengthening a company’s credibility. Proper communication ahead of a public offering is just as important as maintaining effective dialogue with the market after the debut — particularly in the context of increased transparency and disclosure obligations.
M+G was represented by Magda Kołodziejczyk, President of M+G, who shared her many years of experience in this area.
