Zabka Group debuted on the WSE!

Zabka Group debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 17 October!

We had the great pleasure of providing communications support for the Żabka IPO and listing on the WSE.

The public offering preceding the stock market debut was worth PLN 6.45 billion. It was the fourth-largest public offering in the history of the WSE, and also the fourth-largest offering in Europe this year, as well as one of the 10 biggest IPOs in the world in 2024. The success of any transaction, particularly one of this size, represents the teamwork of the company as well as an extensive group of advisers. We are proud to have been part of this group.
