Transition Technologies MS S.A. (TTMS) is planning a public offering and listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and has filed its prospectus with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). M+G is providing communications support for the company’s IPO process.

Huuuge, Inc. a global games developer and publisher, today commenced trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of the offering by Huuuge amounted to PLN 1.67 billion (approx. USD 442 million) and represents the largest IPO of a gaming sector company in the history of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the largest mobile gaming IPO in Europe.

Results of 17th Nationwide Survey of Investors
We have learned the results of the 17th Nationwide Survey of Investors, conducted by the Association of Individual Investors (SII). The aim of the survey is to develop a profile of individual investors in Poland and identify their needs and preferences when taking investment decisions. For the 10th year, the M+G agency was a partner in the study.

Once again M+G is a partner of the Nationwide Investor Survey organized by the Polish Association of Individual Investors (SII). The aim of the survey is to examine the profile and preferences of the typical individual investor in Poland. The opinions and comments obtained in the survey are then used by market institutions in their initiatives.
